The Problem
Managing GitHub repos, PRs, webhooks, and CI jobs requires jumping between multiple interfaces, slowing down development operations for power users.
The Solution
Built a centralized command center that uses the GitHub REST API via personal access tokens to aggregate repo metadata, PR queues, webhook events, and job status into a single dashboard, with BullMQ handling webhook event queuing.
My Role
Sole developer — designed the API architecture, integrated the GitHub API, set up BullMQ job queues with Redis, and built the full dashboard UI.
